Connecting an entire ecosystem
My work at Google brought together developer communities, independent technology experts, startups and internal teams across Latin America. Each program served a different audience, with a shared purpose: helping people use technology and turn it into useful products.
Google Developer Groups
I led developer community programs across Latin America, working with Google Developer Groups and community leaders to strengthen local ecosystems. The work combined regional leadership with the practical needs of people organizing events, sharing knowledge and helping other developers learn.
Google Developer Experts
Through the Google Developer Experts program, I worked with recognized specialists in technologies important to Google. The program connected technical expertise, education and community leadership, helping independent experts share their knowledge and support developer adoption.
Startup programs built in Brazil
I helped launch new startup programs in Brazil, connecting founders with technical expertise, mentorship and Google products. Brazil became a reference for program design, with frameworks adopted by Google teams across regions around the world.
From regional programs to business impact
The startup initiatives supported hundreds of Brazilian startups and helped increase adoption of Google products. They also contributed to commercial opportunities for internal teams, particularly Google Cloud, by connecting founder needs with relevant technical resources.
The leadership lesson
A program becomes scalable when the team understands both what can be repeated and what needs to remain local. My work connected communities, experts and founders to a practical framework that other regional teams could adapt.
