01

Connecting an ecosystem

At Google, I led startup and developer initiatives in Latin America, bringing together teams across functions, communities and experts.

02

Google Developer Groups

I worked with local community leaders to build sustainable relationships and opportunities for developers to meet, learn and exchange ideas.

03

Google Developer Experts

The expert program connected people with technical expertise, developers and product teams. My work included supporting that network and its contribution to the ecosystem.

04

Startup programs

I helped build initiatives in Brazil whose frameworks were adopted by Google teams in other regions. The programs supported startups in the practical use of technology.

05

The leadership lesson

Programs gain strength when they respect local context and make learning shareable. Scaling requires trusted relationships, direction and room to adapt.
