Only to respond
I use your name, email and message only to respond to your enquiry and continue that conversation. I do not build a contact list, send advertising or use your details for other purposes.
Storage and deletion
Your enquiry is recorded by the form service and may generate an email notification. There is no automatic deletion when the conversation ends. You can request correction or deletion by email. If you engage a service, handling of the information needed for that service will be explained separately.
Your self-assessment
Answers and the educational indicator are calculated only in this page’s memory and disappear when you leave or refresh. The indicator does not inspect your setup. Nothing is sent automatically. If you request contact, you can review the summary before sending it.
How the site works
The production contact form is processed by Netlify and keeps the enquiry record until deletion. Hosting and email providers may also keep technical logs under their own policies. Your theme preference stays in your browser. This version includes no advertising or visit-tracking tools.
Private client area
The portal uses Clerk for email authentication, Neon to store engagement records, and Netlify to host the website and run the API. The database was created in Frankfurt. Name, email, scope, agreed fees, sessions, recommendations and requests are used to deliver the service; internal notes are available only to the administrator. Access is invitation-only, with cookies and session storage needed for sign-in.
Operational records are kept during the engagement. At closure, the administrator must run deletion after delivering the recommendations; completing a step does not delete data automatically. The deletion action removes the dedicated Clerk account and linked database records. Provider backups, logs and accounting records with separate retention requirements are not erased by that action. Never enter seed phrases, private keys, wallet backups or balances in the portal.
Questions or earlier deletion
You can request correction or deletion before the conversation ends by emailing contact@rodrigocarraresi.com. Rodrigo Carraresi is responsible for handling enquiries. Never send seed phrases, private keys, backups, balances or documents through the form.
