01

The starting point

The developer experience and ecosystem presence had room to grow. There were opportunities in documentation, events and ongoing relationships with developers and foundations.

02

Building the team

I built a dedicated Developer Relations team and developed an internal capability combining technical understanding, education and ecosystem relationships.

03

Making the ecosystem accessible

We improved and relaunched developer documentation, produced content consistently, built global partnerships and expanded participation in conferences.

04

Turning relationships into integrations

I led the DevRel team in collaboration with product, engineering and ecosystem teams to support integrations and shorter blockchain onboarding. The aim was to broaden digital-asset use with the security of Ledger devices. The team also contributed to staking integrations in Ledger Live.

05

The leadership lesson

Building DevRel means connecting team development, documentation and relationships to a shared direction. Outcomes come from collaboration across functions; my role was to build and lead the DevRel capability.
